Caramel Corn is a farmer in the 2007 series of Strawberry Shortcake. She's a generally sweet and calm girl and is implied to be quite smart due to her inventions and thinking ahead with plans on her farm. She describes her farm as "the best place ever," showing her deep love for it. She also appears to be more mature than some of the other girls in the way she speaks and acts.

Caramel Corn wears a yellow candy corn scarf on her head, a white collared shirt, blue overalls with candy corn on it and also a red ribbon, and brown boots. Her hair is in braids and red ponytails oh her hair. She has brown hair and green eyes with white skin slightly tanner than Strawberry's.

- She lives on a farm and in a farmhouse. Her animals seen are cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens.
