T.N. Honey, a brilliant British scientist, is a rather obscure character in the Strawberry Shortcake pantheon. "Big Apple City" marked her singular appearance in a Strawberry Shortcake adventure, although she was also featured in occasional American Greetings card illustrations. T.N. used her scientific expertise to repair Strawberry's oven when it befell sabotage at the hands of The Purple Pie Man at the Big TV Bake-Off. At the end of the "Big Apple City" adventure, T.N. is seen journeying to Strawberryland along with other newcomers such as Orange Blossom and Lemon Meringue. But T.N. Honey was never seen again. Plum Puddin', Strawberry's other glasses-wearing friend, disappeared around this same time until 1984. She was voiced by Julie McWhirter.
T.N. Honey was a lot like Plum Puddin', brilliant and smart. But she preferred to invent and make things over reading and solving them. She is very modest, but not the least bit shy. While she loves to show-off her smarts, she always awaits permission before doing anything.
T.N. Honey is a fair-skinned girl with small black eyes covered by a pair of yellow glasses. She has long hair worn in low pigtails held with small red-pink bows. On her head is a light tan-brown hat with a thick pink band and a smiley face flower on the side. T.N. normally wears a teal long sleeved, striped shirt underneath a light brown vest and a big yellow tie with floral patterns. She wears the normal pantyhose all of the berry girls seem to have and a pair of white shoes with brown markings in the front and back.
In the Special, T.N. Honey wore white glasses, along with a plain tie and shirt.
- In "Big Apple City", a poster of an old gentleman can be seen inside of her home.
In a clip art, there was an image of Plum and T.N Honey together. Ironically they both vanished around the same time, though Plum returned.
- She does not have a toy.
